Ratings and Tasting Notes:
Alessia rated this wine - There is wine, and then there is Amarone. There is Amarone, and then there is Quintarelli. There is Quintarelli, and then there is Riserva. Tasting the 2009 in 2020. Glorious 4.9?? Representing a slender part of the family production, only 3675 bottles produced. On the nose: spicy notes of cinnamon-laced plum tart; marzipan; Maraschino cherry. On the palate: hit of freshly ground black pepper; bay leaf; clove. Sense this requires 10 years of cellaring to reach its most sublime potential. Salute !!
